We equip parents & inspire children to eat healthy, well-balanced meals while giving back to the community simultaneously.

In a world of fast food and unhealthy, prepackaged goods, it can be challenging to consistently provide nutritious, well-balanced meals for your kids.

Especially when you're managing the household, working full-time, building a business or pursuing a hobby.

That's why we've dedicated our business to aiding parents and inspiring children to lead happier, healthier lives by spreading kindness throughout our community.

Hi there, I'm Kemi!
The founder & head lunch maker at Korede's Meals.

We help busy parents provide their children with healthy, nutritious food through lunchbox subscriptions, online resources, time-saving tools and cook-along classes.

Where It All Began

I grew up harvesting fresh fruit and vegetables straight from the garden and sharing them with my community back home in Nigeria.

I come from a long family of bakers and horticulturists so I gained an appreciation for homemade food, freshly baked goods and home-grown produce (along with my ability to creatively prepare them) early on and built my foundation on it.

Why We Do It

This is why I strongly believe everyone deserves access to nutritious and delicious food prepared from the heart.

This belief influences everything I do, whether I'm packing lunches for your child, creating new recipes, teaching a cooking class or preparing my son's meals.

'Korede' [pronounced Kow-ray-day] comes from the Nigerian language of Yoruba, and it means ‘To Bring goodness.’

We bring goodness to our community by promoting healthy eating habits and fostering kindness while inspiring others to do the same.

We emulate this vision best through our Community Support Program.

How We Give Back

A portion of all sales go directly back into the hands of low-income individuals and families in need. Read more about how we give back to our community.

This aligns with our company values of community, health and kindness, which are mirrored by my own personal beliefs.

As a fellow working parent who moved to this country, I understand how difficult it is to start over so I'm here to lend a helping hand to those reaching for a new life.

And you'll do the same with every dollar spent here at Korede's Meals.
